I think that you have to have a large volume of thousands of files, if not tens or hundreds of thousands of files, frequently added to, in order to make DevonThink Pro Office worthwhile. It has certainly made the management of my files more efficient. Have you downloaded and tried DevonThink’s latest version, version 3, Bill?
